Event Checklist

  • Equipment 
    • LCD Projector and Screen* – Compatible with a windows laptop using a standard VGA connector. 
    • LCD Projector Cable – Cable must connect projector to presenter’s laptop located on the podium.
    • Podium – A podium located off to one side of the screen in the very front of the room that allows presenter to stand.
    • Laptop Audio  – a cable available at the podium with a standard stereo mini jack that connects presenter’s laptop to the house
    • PA or audio system.
    • Microphones – a wireless lavaliere microphone to be worn by the presenter and a wireless hand-held microphone to be passed around in the audience. Both must be connected to the house audio.

*Make sure the LCD projector and screen are adequate to the size and lighting in the room – we don’t want to make the room dark in order to see the videos.
